CoD4 and custom maps

There are a considerable number of custom maps appearing now for CoD4 including at least one conversion of the MOH Crossroads map.
I'm in the middle of installing a Linux server on a spare machine here for testing purposes and will be looking to run a few custom maps on there shortly.
Apparently if you run customs then the server has to be defined as 'unranked' although I'm still not totally sure of all that implies. So, I'll try the setup on a separate server rather than mess with our main rig.

All being well I'll have that running in a couple of days and will post details then.
