To save you having to hunt through thousands of servers in the game list.

Open CoD4, at the main menu select 'join game'
Make sure the 'Source' at the top of the page is toggled to Favourites.
From the right-hand menu select 'New favourite'
In the window that opens you should enter the IP address and port info in the usual format.
For our mixed-more server enter 78.110.160.79:28960
For FFA server 78.110.160.79:28961

If this is done correctly the server name will now display in your list.

For this to work your game must be patched to the latest version 1.5
Earlier versions of the game will not allow you to join 1.5 servers.
