The National Audit office asks for some information so what do they do?
Make a couple of DVDs with millions of full personal records and pop them in the post FFS.

No recorded delivery or private courier service. In effect just dropped them in a post box.
Not even encrypted or locked in any way...

These people spend tens of millions of pounds of our money on data systems and they can't even manage basic data security.

I'm looking forward to the first joker to say "Lessons will be learned"
Either that or there will be the usual Enquiry delaying tactics, in the hopes that when the Panel finally produces results everyone will have forgotten about it.

I despair of these comedians.
