Ok, I bought a M$ Desktop Elite keyboard and mouse set about 16 months ago, 7 or 8 months ago it was replaced as faulty.
This morning I had to phone M$ support in some far eastern land and explained the replacement keyboard had adopted the same problem as the original, sticky keys and one stuck down key (diaphragm breakage).
Within 5 minutes of very polite, extremely helpful help I was told my new desktop set was in the post..... and better still, as they don't make the model that I have it will automatically be upgraded to the Desktop Laser 6000 WOOOHOOOOO



Hows that for service!
