Red face the Server2003 daft question thread..

Got to start somewhere so we might as well have my trials and tribulations recorded and googled for posterity..

First things first. With a dual NIC setup and Active Directory running a domain server how should I configure the connections.
Am I right in thinking that one NIC connects direct to the modem/internet and the second to the switch? Presumably all DHCP function is managed by AD?

Edit: OK, I've read some help stuff about the AD setup and wizard and I think that's clearer.
I'm wondering about trying to hook this into my existing router setup. Do you think this might work?
