Exclamation Good old windows updates
tried to install the update, tells me i have an access problem???
the computer has now unistalled any changes and tells me XP may not work properly!!!

any ideas i now have the yellow shield telling me updates are waiting but it wont install them?

it does start the process but then flags up the access issue...... bored with being IT biff wish i was a computer geek..................................
