The fan on my Geforce 4 Ti4200 has spun its last revolution and burned out. It's stable enough for general PC use and with the case off seems to be cooled sufficiently for MoH but with the case on anything that needs a bit of grunt for a prolonged period makes the machine freeze.

I wasn't planning on spending any more on this PC as it's about 7 years old now. However, I've not been able to source a replacement heatsink/fan assy and there was nothing suitable among the various fans in my box of bits so it looks like a new graphics card is in order.

I'm after recommendations for a sub ?50 AGP graphics card. Prefer NVidia but will consider a Radeon if it's up to the job.

Also, a lot of the cards state that they're AGP 8x but my creaky old mobo is only AGP 4x. Will all AGP 8x cards run at this slower speed?
