yeah madness is the appropriate forum for this post. I've just watched the news and saw that CCTV is taking it (the madness) one step further. People are called out in the street by:embarrassed: policemen behind microphones to stop, turn around and pick up the paper or even fag ends they've just thrown away on the pavement to put it in the litter.. Surveys show that people feel so embarrassed and even ashamed with all the people around gazing that they are not ready to do it again before long..
