I've had lags for a couple of days guys.
Let me describe how it happens. Every 2 or 3minutes, my ping rockets to 999 for about 10 seconds and gets back to normal. Do you think that the prb is inside my system or outside in my network/area?

I've checked task manager and nothing launches unexpectedly. I've tracerouted the server IP and everything looks fine.
Also I've had a very up and down connection/navigation for the last 2 days. Download speed slows down to 30 and then rockets back to normal again as if something was holding it back somehow. How do I know what triggers that?

Forgot to mention that socket icon gets flashing on my screen as if I was gonna lose the connection all the time my ping rockets..
